How do I make a deposit?

Why is my Crypto payout request showing as pending?

Crypto payouts are processed once the client verifies their confirmation code. To confirm the request, you need to submit the code sent to your email. Bitcoin payouts are processed on a first-come-first-served basis.

Payout conditions

What is Free Play?

Every time you redeem a bonus, you will receive a portion of your deposit in the form of a free-play.

Free-Play rewards are added to a separate balance different from your real money balance. You can use your Free-Play to wager only. Only the winnings will be credited to your account as real money.

Every Free-Play will come with an attached rollover rate.

Free plays have one important difference from cash or real money bonuses. When you bet from your Free-Play balance, the free-play is removed from the balance, regardless of the outcome of a wager.

Example:

If you have a $300 Free-Play balance and you bet $100 from Free-Play funds, that amount will drop to $200 regardless if the bet wins or loses. Free-Play wagers do not refund your stake along with your winnings but instead add to your cash balance if and only if the bet is won.

Free-Play may be subject to a Rollover requirement based on the Terms and Conditions of a particular promotion.

How to use Free Play Bonus

I want to request a bonus for a deposit made 2 days ago / spent already.

Bonuses are not retroactive and must be requested at the moment of the deposit or as soon as possible. If a customer already spent the deposit amount and/or the deposit was credited 24+ hrs. ago, the bonus can't be added unless authorized by a manager. Casino bonuses expire after 30 days. If unclaimed, the player forfeits any unused bonus after 30 days. Once claimed, the player has 30 days in order to complete the required rollover. After 30 days, bonuses expire and bonus funds are no longer available.

ROLLOVER

How to calculate the Sports rollover requirement?

Rollover (w) is calculated based on your deposit (d) plus bonus, (b) multiplied by the rollover requirement of your bonus (r).

Rollover Formula: w = (d+b)* r

The amount of the rollover varies according to the bonus you select. For instance, our 50% Sign Up Bonus has a 10x rollover whereas our 25% reload bonus has a 5x rollover.

The amount of the rollover will determine how much wagering action you must place before requesting a payout.

Example using the Rollover formula:

You deposit $100 and receive the 100% sign up bonus with a ten times (10x) rollover.

Deposit: $100 | Bonus: $100 | Rollover: 10 times | Rollover Requirement: $2000

($100+$100) x 10 = $2000

What this means is you must place $2000 in total action, regardless of winning or losing the wagers, to meet the rollover requirement and thus be eligible for a withdrawal.

Example:

You deposit $100 and receive the 25% reload bonus with a five time (5x) rollover.

Deposit: $100 | Bonus: $25 | Rollover: 5 times | Rollover Requirement: $625

($100+$25) x 5 = $625

Important: Please note that only the lowest amount between the risk and the win counts towards your rollover requirement.

Tip: If you are planning on withdrawing shortly after your deposit you can accept no bonus to avoid the rollover requirement. In this case you will only need to play the amount of your deposit once as a requirement.
